We're recruiting for a leading joinery and woodworking company specialising in high-quality custom doors, cabinetry, and architectural woodwork. We are seeking a skilled and experienced bench joiner to join the dynamic and effective team.

Job Description:

As an experienced bench joiner, you will join a skilled team of assemblers and machine operators. You will be required to hit production goals and ensure the high-quality production as well as the safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making Timber Frames, Windows, screens and bespoke joinery.
  • Read and interpret work orders and technical drawings.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines in the workplace.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Selecting timber to cut to size.
  • Operating a variety of Woodworking machines as well as possessing own hand tools.
  • Setting up jigs.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of Timber products.
  • Experience of working in a similar environment.
  • Read and interpret work orders and technical drawings.
