We're recruiting for a leading joinery and woodworking company specialising in high-quality custom doors, cabinetry, and architectural woodwork. We are seeking a skilled and experienced bench joiner to join the dynamic and effective team.
Job Description:
As an experienced bench joiner, you will join a skilled team of assemblers and machine operators. You will be required to hit production goals and ensure the high-quality production as well as the safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making Timber Frames, Windows, screens and bespoke joinery.
- Read and interpret work orders and technical drawings.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines in the workplace.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Selecting timber to cut to size.
- Operating a variety of Woodworking machines as well as possessing own hand tools.
- Setting up jigs.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of Timber products.
- Experience of working in a similar environment.
- Read and interpret work orders and technical drawings.
