Carpenter/ Multi Trader

Our client is seeking a experienced Multi Trader to join their team who's based in the Surrey area. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various trades and able to undertake a range of tasks in a competent and timely manner. Previous experience working within Social Housing is essential.
This is a permanent role, suited best for applicants who live within Surrey and are used to mobile work.

About the role:
You will work in the Surrey area as part of a team dedicated to delivering maintenance to their residents and properties in and around the Surrey area. This is a mobile position, with potential for a company vehicle, fuel card.
Duties include:
- Carrying out repair and renewal tasks
- Promptly informing the Supervisor when additional trades are needed
- Independently handling specific tasks
- Collaborating with colleagues to complete joint tasks
- Filling out daily work sheets with details of work completed and materials used after each job
- Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK drivers license
- NVQ Level 2/3- Carpentry (or equivalent)
- Multi Trades/ Carpentry skills
- Previous experience working within social housing
- Great communication/ customer service skills
- Superb standard of work
