Business Development Manager (Engineering / Manufacturing)
£45,000 - £50,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + OTE DOE + Full Industry Training + Career Progression + Commission
Home based, Covering the South UK, Commutable from Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Gloucestershire, Andover, Salisbury, Oxford, Banbury and surrounding areas
Are you commercially minded looking for a highly autonomous sales role where you will focus on building relationships within the manufacturing sector, whilst being given technical training, uncapped bonus and commission to increase your earnings and the autonomy to manage your own diary all whilst having the chance to progress your career into Leadership?
This is a great opportunity where you will be trained and invested in, where you will sell niche fabrication services, in a customer focussing role where your objective is to build strong relationships with customers, all whilst increasing your earnings and progressing your career.
The Company have over 30 employees and have grown year on year, they have exciting plans to double their size, and are renowned for their production expertise.
This role will suit a Commercially minded induvial that thrives off building relationships with a technical mindset in engineering.
The Role:
*Building relationships with customers in the manufacturing and engineering sector
*Home based covering the UK, with full autonomy to manage your own diary
*Training on product range and scope of career progression.
The Person:
*Holds a UK Drivers License
*Engineering background
