At a time of considerable transformational change for the Group, we are looking to recruit a Business Analyst to join the ICT team based at 4040 Lakeside.
The purpose of the role is to support product gap analysis and feasibility studies, to produce detailed product specifications of requirements, implementation planning, new system configuration design, data integrity, and testing.
Candidates should be customer focused and committed to delivering efficiencies through detailed requirements gathering.
This is an important and busy position, and you will be expected to manage many competing priorities, working collaboratively with the ICT Project Managers and partners across the business to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes.
Candidates should preferably have experience of working within an ICT team in the Housing sector.
As a Business Analyst in the ICT Team we need you to have:
- A Business Analysis related qualification or relevant experience.
- Knowledge and experience of service redesign and delivering substantial change within the Housing sector.
- Proven experience of business requirement definition, leading to technology implementation.
- The ability to demonstrate a full understanding of customer needs and expectations to enable effective delivery and development of an appropriate quality service.
- The ability to analyse data, recognise trends solutions and record information clearly and concisely.
- An understanding of change management strategies and principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
