Residential Conveyancer , Taunton

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a very strong residential conveyancing team.

Working alongside noted partners and senior associates you will handle your own caseload of sales and purchase files and you will also get to know local estate agents and referrers , building up your own client base and nurturing that relationship.

Ideally you'll have some post qualification experience as a solicitor, legal executive or licenced conveyancer although a very experienced paralegal would be considered.

If you have genuine work in progress and are able to bring client contacts that can help with regards to salary.

As well as a competitive salary you can expect a bonus scheme, free parking, supportive working environment, hybrid working opportunity and much more.

You will work with case management systems and admin support and have a manageable caseload.

Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Taunton area.
