We are currently recruiting for an Industrial Spray Painter to join our client based in Cirencester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces and equipment for painting, ensuring all materials are clean and free of contaminants.
- Apply coatings using conventional air spraying techniques on industrial machinery and steel fabrications.
- Mix paints to manufacturer specifications and adhere to technical documents and guidelines.
- Maintain and clean all painting equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a wet paint sprayer in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in conventional air spraying of single and two-pack paints.
- Experience with airless spraying is highly advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret paint technical documents and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
