Suitable candidates will have the following: Strong technical background in API architecture, cloud technologies, and digital transformation. Substantial experience in leading software engineering teams within API development and management. Experience in leading the broad development of API capabilities (e.g., design, standards, governance) across an engineering organisation Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align various interests and requirements. Experience in setting up and managing scalable and resilient platforms. In-depth knowledge of SDLC, API strategies, and governance practices. Experience in Financial service, preferred but not essential Exceptional leadership and team-management skills.
