TeacherActive is excited to be working with a local secondary school based in the Plymouth area. The school provides a high level of education and embodies core values such as opportunity, respect and resilience. They provide a safe and inspiring environment, so this is a great opportunity for an amazing role.

The school is looking for a motivated English teacher for a part-time role that has potential to become permanent. The successful applicant will work across both Key stage 3/ KS3 and Key stage 4 / KS4. This job would also involve helping the students through their English GCSE s so they will need additional support with this.

The successful applicant will have:

  • QTS with English specialism
  • Experience teaching up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
  • Excellent classroom management
  • Previous expirence as a secondary English teacher
