Senior Credit Administration Officer

On behalf of our client, based in London, we are looking to recruit a Senior Credit Administration Officer person on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
Loan administration of a portfolio of assets including bilateral, syndicated and sub-participated loans to ensure the timely and accurately processing of credit business throughout the product life cycle and coordinating with all appropriate departments as required.
Responsible for the agency deals throughout the life cycle of the product and coordinating with external and internal stakeholders once required.
Responsible for the fee monitoring for both syndication deal and bilateral deal.
Monitoring of loan administration work on daily basis to ensure all the notices from the clients and agent bank are distributed on timely and accurately manner.
Monitoring any late payment and reconcile with back office as part of credit monitoring monthly task to report to senior management.
Managed to process the transaction in the credit system.
Maintain daily portfolio report and reconcile with back-office report.
Skills and knowledge:
Experience of working on Bilateral and Sub part loans
Experience of working on Agency deal role
Have experience of working in similar capacity bank over 5 years
Conscientious approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to deliver under strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and quality
Effective workload prioritisation
Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team
System skills: Microsoft Excel and Word to intermediate / advanced level
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal English
