This L500 Firm are looking to appoint an employment Partner into their office in Reading.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of something fresh and exciting without the risk - where you can put your stamp on the role, with the firm offering autonomy. This firm are offering Senior Associates the opportunity to step up, or Partners seeking a lateral move, to a more progressive practice.

About the Role
This firm is seeking to hire an Employment Partner in their office in Reading.
The Employment department is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and Chambers, dealing with an exceptional quality of work. In line with the company's growth, this department has boomed over the past few years.
You will work in a department with a varied caseload and play an active part in business development as well as in the training and supervision of juniors within the team.
