This position is part of the clients Asset Management team. It is chartered to maximise value of off-lease equipment, facilitate the lease or sale of new equipment by removing customer's existing equipment, and drive additional shareholder value through its various services including the re-marketing of pre-owned certified HP product into the secondary market and Trade-In promotions.
Position Summary/Scope
Works with all customers and logistics service providers to ensure shipments are picked-up and packaged from our customer locations and delivered accurately and timely to the end destination. Provide world class customer service and logistical solutions.
Responsibility:
- Order management - Schedule and track shipments from origin to destination
- Update system with correct shipment details
- Issue management - work with carriers and customer to resolve shipment issues
- Freight claim management
- Cost management - Receive final shipment costs from carrier and insure accuracy
- Invoice management - Insure customers are invoiced timely
- Customs documentation
- Receive asset checks from vendors and upload into system then file into D365.
- Deal with any asset check with errors that can t be upload following the agreed process steps to resolution.
- Creation of master truck invoices based on vendor loading list.
- Update the AUS report every Monday and Wednesday for AUS management meetings.
- Review BI report each morning and push vendors for delay reasons.
- Receive and set up monthly file for all customs documents.
- Build knowledge of the returns logistics process by engaging with the team.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required
- Strong customer service skills, prefer logistics/transportation experience
- Excellent PC skills with experience on Microsoft Office/Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong problem solving ability
- Relationship builder
