We're seeking a talented Restructuring expert to join as Associate Director for our client who are the leading global professional services firm in the UK. The ideal candidate is a leader who can successfully develop and manage a diverse team. You will solve client problems while providing exceptional service and help develop new business opportunities.
  • The role involves leading and managing various aspects of restructuring projects.
  • Handling day-to-day issues related to restructuring and insolvency.
  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders, creditors, and advisors.
  • Conducting thorough accounting record reconstructions.
  • Overseeing investigation work for asset recovery, leading client meetings and strategy discussions.
  • Handling statutory and compliance matters for insolvency cases.
  • Participating in business development and marketing activities and coaching and developing the team.
    Requirements
  • Possession of a professional qualification such as ACCA/ACA qualified with a strong academic record. and /or JIEB-qualified.
Previous experience in client handling. Proven experience of either preparation of financial information or ability to analyse it. Experience in Restructuring Advisory and / or Insolvency in a similar role and CPI qualification would be an advantage, but not a pre-requisite as full training will be given. Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to demonstrate a strong commercial outlook. Proven communication skills due to internal and external client contact.
