We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Nursery Room Leader to join our team at our Little Faces Nursery, situated in the grounds of South Downs College. This role will be in the baby room and therefore eligible candidates will need to have received training on working with under 2's in the last 3 years.
40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: £26,270.40

The ideal candidates must demonstrate that they have a good knowledge of the EYFS and a passion for childcare and development, being able to use their own initiative to ensure that the children's individual needs are met. The candidates should also be flexible in their working and be a good team player.They must have good communication skills. You will join a small but experienced team, who provide the best outcomes for children.
Applicants will have:
- Level 3 qualification in childcare
- Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable - training can be provided)
- Good experience of working with children aged 0-4
- Training and experience of working with under 2's in the last 3 years
- Good working knowledge of the EYFS and a passion for childcare and development
