***EYFS Teaching Assistant

***Wisbech, Cambridgeshire

***£85 - £95 per day

***Starting Immediately

***5 Days per week - Monday - Friday (8:30 - 3:30)

***Previous experience working with Early Years Students is desirable

Tradewind is partnering with a delightful primary school in Wisbech, actively seeking a committed EYFS Teaching Assistant for a long-term role. The school places a strong emphasis on creating enjoyable experiences for students, encouraging them to share their daily adventures with parents. With a focus on promoting good manners and positive behaviour, the dedicated and friendly staff, chosen for their genuine affection for children, work towards nurturing resilient, confident, and friendly students. Foster positive relationships and provide personalised support.
Encourage creativity and hands-on learning.
Collaborate for a supportive, inclusive atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with parents on progress.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Enthusiastic about nurturing and supporting the well-being of young children.
Desirable to have prior experience in an early years setting.
Dedicated to fostering the growth and well-being of young children.
Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and strong teamwork.
Possesses excellent communication skills, engaging positively with both parents and colleagues.
