? Join Our Team as a School Catering Assistant ? Are you passionate about providing nutritious meals to children? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking dedicated Catering Assistants to join our school kitchen team
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and serving of meals in accordance with health and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen and dining areas.
Support the catering team in organizing deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory management.
Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during meal times.
Follow dietary requirements and accommodate special requests as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a catering or food service role is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work well in a team and independently, with excellent communication skills.
Understanding of basic food hygiene and safety practices.
Have a DBS on the update service
