As a member of Global Digital Delivery (GDD) you will work closely with the design, development, and commercial teams on a variety of global digital projects. 

 

This role offers an exciting opportunity for passionate designers, providing avenues to create amazing conceptual work, design innovative app designs, and develop an industry-leading multi-brand design system. Candidates must possess a nuanced understanding of designing for modern luxury digital products as well as a solid foundation in UX principles. 

 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 
 

  • Own, define, develop, and deliver UX and UI direction aligned to the product's user experience direction follow design process & flows. 

  • Manage design systems, style guides, interaction, and motion style guides and convert product needs into design specifications. 

  • Use best practices to meet design needs. UX and UI processes include: 

  •  Creating graphic assets, UX, UI and design & component system elements, interactions, and other artefacts for product development 

  •  Managing design signoffs. 

  • Collaborating with stakeholders on design aspects, taking feedback from customers, stakeholders, design teams, and research. 

  • Encouraging continuous improvement in design processes  

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

 

  • Previous hands-on experience as mobile UX/UI designer,  

  • Proficiency in building design systems in FIGMA. 

  • Ability to design polished modern luxury UI design to high standards 

  • Strong background in gathering business requirements and translating sometimes contending business objectives into designs which meet customer needs 

  • Passion for design and a commitment to excellence: You strive for perfection and push creative boundaries. 

  • Have excellent creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Extensive experience in delivering cross platform customer facing digital products
