Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join a thriving team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in handling a broad range of private client matters, including estate planning, wills and probate, trusts, and tax advice, with the opportunity to work on both routine and more complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a wide range of private client matters, including wills, estate planning, probate, and trusts. Provide expert advice on tax planning and estate administration to clients from a variety of backgrounds. Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Handle probate and estate administration with a keen attention to detail and a client-focused approach. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering clear, practical solutions based on their individual needs. Stay up-to-date with relevant changes in legislation and best practices in private client law. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the success and growth of the private client team.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in private client law. Demonstrable experience in managing a caseload that includes wills, probate, trusts, and tax advice. Strong technical knowledge of estate planning, wills, probate, and trust matters. Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Proactive with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
