We are seeking to appoint 3 outstanding individuals who will work in partnership with our Pastoral team to promote inclusion across the whole school. The individual will be supporting pastoral staff and a range of young people, many of whom present as vulnerable.

This is a rewarding and extremely varied role that is instrumental in supporting the work of our dedicated and energetic pastoral team. It would be ideal for an individual who has efficient administrative skills combined with the ability to quickly forge strong relationships with young people and their parents, some of whom may face challenging circumstances. You would be required to work with pupils with a range of specific needs which will necessitate swift responses and a proactive approach whilst following the ethos of the school and statutory safeguarding guidance.

This post is for 36 hours per week, term time only.

Be able to work effectively and constructively as a member of a teamBe well organised and efficient, demonstrating an ability to use their initiative and work unsupervised.Have the ability to work in a busy environment, be able to multi-task and perform well under pressure.Good ICT skills to support learning and complete administrative tasks.The ability and willingness to learn new skills.Excellent oral and written communication.The confidence to assist students as well as staff to complete work.
