We are looking for a Ledger Assistant to join our Transaction Team within our Finance function at our Ochils site in Blackford, Perthshire. This is a hybrid role and once fully trained, you will spend 1-2 days a week in the office.

You will be responsible for:
  • Allocating payments
  • Raising credit notes
  • Debit note investigations
  • Processing invoices
  • Weekly sales analysis reports

    Requirements

    You must have experience in a similar role and have great knowledge of overall accounting processing. You must also be confident working with finance systems and Microsoft Office packages.

    You will be able to demonstrate your experience in working to tight deadlines, especially with month end and year-end. You will be comfortable in carrying out credit control functions with customers and be able to work.

    This role is working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, with flexibility in start and finish times. You will likely be onsite 2-3 days a week during your onboarding and then 1-2 days a week from there so it is important you are within a reasonable commutable distance. Salary will be approximately £23,000 per annum.
