Cleaner - The Bear - Rugby

The Bear is a modern community pub on the edge of Bilton village and is at the heart of the new residential development. The site recently reopened after a transformational refurbishment to bring local residents an exciting new look and feel, combined with a unique dining and drink offer.


We are looking to appoint a morning cleaner at our pub to complete a 2 hour clean every morning.

This position is 7 days per week starting at 9am for 2 hours, including bank holidays as our pubs are open every day. We are open to considering an applicant who can't do all 7 days, provided you have weekend availability.

Duties will include cleaning all areas of the pub and will include hoovering, mopping, dusting, polishing, cleaning toilets and making the place look fresh and fabulous for the day ahead.


Candidates must have excellent attention to detail with high standards and be reliable. As well as being able to handle a variety of manual tasks, you should be well presented and conversational English is essential.

If you are flexible, can work quickly and efficiently to get the job done and have a fantastic track record for timekeeping and attendance, we would love you to be part of our team.

You must have eligibility to work in the UK and have a UK bank account.

Your work will be much appreciated and in return we will offer you a competitive hourly rate of pay
