Pay rates from £11.44 per hour to £13.16 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Picking and Packing Operative is based in Holbeach.

Shifts for Picking and Packing Operative:
  • Day shift 08:00 - 16:00
  • Night shift 19:00 - 06:00
Pay:
  • From £11.44 per hour to £13.16 dependent on shift
  • Paid weekly
Main Duties of Picking and Packing Operative:
  • Making of parallel bouquets
  • Preparing for production of products of glass and/or pots
  • Sleeving and/or wrapping of bouquets, boxing, strapping and bucket filling
  • Packing of bouquets into buckets and/or boxes without supervision and checking the specifications in a timely manner
  • Counting, putting on and adding the required number of flowers, greenery and/or decorative products on the belt according to the required production speed
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and completion of bouquets and plants within the production areas
  • Working safely and efficiently, keeping the work area neat and tidy
