As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including:
Handling freehold and leasehold sale and purchase mattersManaging mortgages, re-mortgages, and buy-to-letsPreparing mortgage reports and checking titlesRaising enquiries and preparing contracts on sale filesLiaising with clients, referrers, estate agents, and solicitorsCarrying out searches and preparing matters for completionRequirements:
Demonstrable experience in residential conveyancingStrong knowledge of property law and conveyancing proceduresExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work efficiently and manage a varied caseloadProven track record of delivering high-quality service to clients and stakeholdersApply now for immediate consideration
