The Role

* Ensure adherence to Health & Safety protocols on site at all times.

* Oversee day-to-day site management for fast-paced fit-out projects spanning 4 to 20 weeks.

* Manage subcontractors to ensure they possess necessary resources and deliver high-quality craftsmanship.

* Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure timely and top-quality project completion.

* Utilize efficient software for site administration (training provided).

* Interpret drawings and plans to provide actionable guidance to site-based staff and subcontractors.

* Plan ahead to facilitate effective coordination of labor and materials on site.

* Coordinate material and equipment procurement, liaising with the Purchasing Administrator.

* Regular travel to sites in ROI and GB is a fundamental aspect of this role.

The Person

* Effective communication skills, both internally and with external stakeholders.

* Experience in managing fit-out projects ranging from £100k to £1m.

* Preferably, background in joinery and cabinet-making.

* Possession of CSCS Site Supervisor Card (or equivalent) and First Aid Training Card.

* Comfortable leading while working within a team framework.

* Keen attention to detail and commitment to exceptional quality.

* Proficient in managing subcontractors and trades.

* Willingness to travel and accommodate week-long stays.

* Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work to meet project deadlines.

* Valid full driving license.
