About the role
Do you want to be part of a family team who are committed to working together to deliver opportunities for all no matter what background?
Liaise with staff and other relevant professionals and provide information about pupils as appropriate.Plan, Prepare and deliver specified learning activities to individuals, small groups and/or classes modifying and adapting activities as necessary under the direction and supervision of a teacher.Develop independence in our SEN students using metacognitive strategies to help them become self-regulated learnersTake small group intervention sessions.Provide pastoral care to pupils, supporting pupils in social and emotional well-being, reporting problems to the teacher as appropriate.See what it means and feels like to be part of the DRET Way.
Full Time - 37 hours per week/ Term Time - 39 weeks per year / Permanent

We require, an enthusiastic and highly committed person who will be an excellent teaching assistant. The successful candidate will:
