About the Company:
Our client, a reputable property maintenance company based in Fareham, is seeking a skilled and versatile Bathroom/Wet Room Fitter to join their dedicated team. They are known for their exceptional service and quality workmanship across various projects, focusing primarily on void properties.

Job Description:
As a Bathroom/Wet Room Fitter, you will be responsible for the installation and renovation of bathroom and wet room facilities. Your primary trade should be plumbing, but you should also possess capabilities in at least three other trades such as flooring, carpentry, general glazing, brickwork, groundworks, plastering, decorating, or tiling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and renovation of bathroom and wet room facilities.
  • Performing plumbing tasks as your primary trade.
  • Utilizing skills in additional trades such as flooring, carpentry, general glazing, brickwork, groundworks, plastering, decorating, or tiling.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and within deadlines.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Keeping accurate records of work completed and managing job documentation.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in bathroom and wet room fitting.
  • Capabilities in at least three other trades: flooring, carpentry, general glazing, brickwork, groundworks, plastering, decorating, or tiling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
