Our client is seeking a dedicated Marketing Executive to join the team in Kilsyth, North Lanarkshire.
This is a newly created position therefore the successful candidate will be require to have relevant experience within a marketing role or be a recent marketing graduate.
The Role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media trends and stay updated with industry news to ensure the company's social media presence remains relevant and competitive.
- Regularly monitor and manage all company social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to track the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media advertising campaigns to promote products/services.
- Maintain and update the company website with fresh and relevant content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Optimise website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
- Design visually appealing and informative data sheets, brochures, and other marketing collateral to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and specifications for data sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the company's brand identity effectively.
About you:
- Willingness to work either fully office-based or in a hybrid capacity, depending on company needs and preferences.
- Ability to maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders, whether in-office or working remotely.
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role or a relevant marketing qualification
- Have a strong understanding of social media platforms, strategies, and best practices.
- Be proficient in content creation,
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for marketing.
