Main Responsibilities Of Role

  • Support to Relationship Directors with servicing of new to bank lending customers.
  • Ensuring adherence to bank standards in respect of credit, operational and regulatory risk.
  • Analyse financial and non-financial information as part of the completion of credit assessment.
  • Completion of credit advance proposals to the high standards expected for approval.
  • Contact customers to obtain relevant information in respect of credit applications.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Bank’s products, services and processes.
  • Ensure that KYC procedures including the requirements for periodic reviews in accordance with the AML framework on all customer connections are maintained and recorded in accordance with AML policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with introducer network, to support sourcing of opportunities.

    • Regulatory compliance and prevention of financial crime
    • Disaster recovery and business continuity
  • o Proactively contribute to the Performance Planning and Review process
  • o Support Bank wide Forums as required or identified
  • o Cooperate with and help colleagues across our business, performing other reasonable tasks as may be required from time to time
