We are recruiting a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer for Pall Life Sciences who will drive local Supplier Quality Management from on-boarding qualification, evaluation and monitoring. What You Will Do: 

  • Perform in depth supplier analysis, taking initiative to continuously improve supplier management.  

  • Act as a partner with suppliers and both internal and external customers including Operations, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Engineering and R&D team.  

  • Establish supplier quality performance criteria; measuring, Monitoring and Improvement. 

  • Manage internal material Non-Conformance and Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR). 

  • Ensures supplier failure investigations are comprehensive, timely resolution of quality issues. 

  • Utilise Continuous Improvement tools and Root Cause Tools for critical suppliers & local V&DM 

  • Partners with Quality Control to ensure inspection plans are reflective of supplier capabilities. 

  • Timely reporting to management on the performance of suppliers, areas for improvement within the supplier management system, and performance against established objectives for the supplier quality program. 

  • Working with New Product Development teams, assesses the capabilities of proposed new or alternate suppliers/materials (technical, process, quality system and GMP compliance). 

Who You Are: 

  •  Degree level education in a related field or equivalent experience in Quality. 

  •  You will have a background in manufacturing in a quality role.  

  • You will have a good understanding of statistical improvement tools and lean manufacturing techniques.  

  • You will have good administration, organizational, interpersonal, influencing and IT skills.  

  • You will have experience in Continuous Improvement and Root Cause Analysis. You will be ISO9001 Lead Auditor qualified or equivalent.  

  • You will understand Mould Tooling and tolerances.
