Data Entry Administrator

Quest Employment are working with a high growth manufacturing company in Corby to find an experienced Data Entry Administrator with significant Microsoft Excel skills. This is an opportunity to hone your administration skills while earning a competitive salary.

Hours:

* Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

Duties:

* Record shipping information including product details, quantities, and delivery dates onto Excel spreadsheets.

* Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies, or errors promptly.

* Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

* Assist with administrative tasks e.g., filing, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and respond to emails.

* Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information at all times.

* Proactively seek out opportunities to improve processes.

* Implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

* Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection regulations, and safety protocols.

* Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on progress, or address any concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Significant proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.

* Previous experience in data entry, or administration (preferred).
