The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Binks Hub, a network of academics, researchers, community members, practitioners and policy-makers using creativity and the arts to co-create research that makes a difference to people’s lives. We seek to appoint an experienced Research and Impact Manager to support the three academics Directors in planning and organising research, knowledge exchange and training activities that have a measurable and significant impact in the communities involved, as well as promoting the outputs and outcomes of these activities to the wider public.

This post is part-time (21 hours per week). We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working. 

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across a variety of platforms, including a well-developed understanding of media and the web to promote, disseminate and monitor engagement with knowledge exchange and impact outputs and activities
  • Experience of successfully planning, managing and delivering projects with a wide range of partners and collaborators across sectors and at all levels
  • Good organisational and time management skills with initiative and judgment to resolve many day-to-day problems independently

£39,347 to £46,974 per annum
