Our client is a leading practitioner of their field both in both the UK and Europe.
They have an exciting opportunity for a RIBA Part 1 qualified individual seeking a 1-year placement. The right candidate will be able to work as part of a team in order to contribute to a variety of projects, working with highly skilled and motivated professionals.
The successful candidate will be a recent graduate with an ambitious nature, dynamic personality and a creative flare, who is looking for a challenging and rewarding experience.
Key Competencies and skill sets -
- Degree educated in Architecture
- Good drawing and presentation skills.
- Strong design ability coupled with an eye for detail.
- Awareness of building technologies and environmental design and ability to employ structural theories, construction techniques and processes.
- Awareness of technical standards, regulatory frameworks and health and safety requirements.
- Proficient at working on a varied portfolio of work and meeting all deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the UK.
