A well-established law firm located in are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join their team in Ashford, Middlesex. 

As a Conveyancing Solicitor you will be expected to manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial transactions. The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to the growth of the firm while providing high-quality legal services to clients in Feltham and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on property-related issues.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.Collaborate with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.Stay informed about changes in property law and regulations, ensuring compliance with local and national standards.Attend meetings and negotiations on behalf of clients as required.The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor/ Legal Executive (NQ plus)Strong understanding of residential and commercial property law.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Organized and capable of managing a caseload independently.Membership in the Law Society of England and Wales.Benefits:
