You will play a pivotal role in ensuring Tearfund's financial sustainability and efficiency, while directly contributing to our mission. By providing exceptional financial business partnering to fundraising and corporate functions, owning the corporate budgeting and forecasting process, and delivering insightful financial reporting, you will drive data-driven decisions that maximize our impact.

We are looking for a proactive leader to build and inspire a high-performing team. The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in financial planning and analysis, coupled with
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to translate complex financial information into clear and actionable insights.
