We have a rare opportunity for someone to take on this exciting opportunity - our Head of Spa Operations

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … 

As Head of Spa Operations, you will be a highly skilled professional who has a hands-on approach and an ability to inspire and lead a team.? 
We are looking for evidence of exceptional experience working within a luxury Spa environment, with?excellent people management skills, a strong character and the ability to deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational challenges are a must in this diverse?role.  You will possess the qualities of being innovative, intuitive, engaging and refined.? You will demonstrate the highest levels of hospitality and professionalism in order to motivate the team to achieve the highest standards possible. 
This role will require an exceptional level of attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.? You will be a top performing Spa Professional with over 5 years’ experience in spa management gained in exclusive Hospitality, Leisure and Activity environments.? It would be advantageous if you possess evidence of leading and managing a multi-functional Spa operation and Club 59 Exposure.

WHAT YOU’LL DO … 
As Head of Spa Operations you will work closely with the Director of Golf, Spa and Leisure to manage of all Spa Operations within The Forum Spa, Ocius Treatment Rooms and The Beauty Bar.? The role will involve managing alongside the Assistant Spa Manager a large team of? Seniors, Therapists and Receptionists, driving revenue and profit and controlling day to day operations. You will take responsibility for developing ways of increasing quality of service in order to exceed guest’s expectations.?
