Finance Assistant

You will support the financial department in day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial tasks.
As Finance Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processesPrepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statementsCarry out credit checks & open new customer accountsAssist with the processing of payroll and maintain payroll recordsAssist in budget preparation and monitoringSupport the finance team in financial data analysis and reportingHandle general administrative tasks related to finance Were looking for a Finance Assistant with the following:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, and confident in their computer skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHave experience within a similar role and environment Having any financial qualifications i.e. Bookkeeping would be beneficial however non-essential.
This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
