Finance Coordinator

Their mission is to develop high-quality, health beneficial and innovative colour cosmetics and skincare solutions for women who want to look and feel their best.

ROLE:

We are seeking a Finance Coordinator to support the company's goals and objectives. The role is based in brand new London HQ office, right in the heart of Fitzrovia working within the Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be a versatile, digitally savvy, doer that loves to face new challenges and learn all the workings of an independent global beauty brand. THIS ROLE IS A 5 DAY A WEEK IN THE OFFICE POST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In your first year, you could be working in the following areas across EMEA and/or APAC:

Accounts Receivable

Taking full ownership of accounts receivable processes and dealing with internal and external queries
Invoice Processing and posting bank receipts in ERP system
Investigation and resolution of customer debit notes while liaising with the Sales teams
Regularly review and manage the accounts receivable aging report and following up with customers as needed
Liaise with Operations teams for status of any customer deliveries or invoice disputes
Ensure the sales ledger is closed off in line with the month end timetable deadlines.

Reporting

Prepare monthly reporting per the relevant focus area
Cash forecasting
Cost analysis
Customer P&L review
Commentary on Aging Reports
Stock reconciliations
Perform customer and/or supplier statement reconciliations periodically

Requirements

1 - 2 years background in a finance or business related role
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics or business related field.
Proactive and self-motivated
Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage expectations
Team player who displays a positive and professional attitude
