Your main responsibilities will include processing and booking orders, handling communications, and maintaining detailed records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Processing:
    • Pick orders on the system.
    • Allocate orders to pickers.
    • Print labels and picklists/packing lists.
  2. Carrier System Management:
    • Book orders on the carrier system.
  3. Communication Handling:
    • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
  4. Data Management:
    • Update and maintain spreadsheets with accurate data.
  5. Team Support:
    • Assist colleagues as needed to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Logistics Administrator or a similar role in logistics.
  • Familiarity with logistics software or transport management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

The shfts are 4 days on/4 days off with 12 hours per shift.

Pay rate:£12.10 per hour. Weekly pay
