Childcare Lawyer

Salary: £50-55ph

Part-time

Hybrid OR Remote working

Our client, a Local Authority based in the home counties is seeking a locum Childcare Lawyer to join their legal services team on a locum basis for an anticipated period of at least 3-6 months.

This is a great opportunity to join a stable, friendly, and supported legal services team.

This position is to start towards the end of August and it will be for 3 days per week.

Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer:

The successful Childcare Lawyer will be responsible for;

  • Managing a caseload of childcare cases in proceedings
  • Drafting documents
  • Attending meetings, as required

Experience required for the Childcare Lawyer:

  • Qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive
  • Experience in public childcare law
