Position: Outbound Telesales Executive
Location: Manchester, UK
Salary: 22,000 OTE 28,000+

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products/services and generate sales leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team
Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding product specifications, pricing, and promotions
Document all sales activities and maintain updated records in the CRM system

Requirements for our Sales executive:

Proven experience in outbound telesales or a similar role, preferably but we are open to people who want to get into sales or want really want to get into the fuel industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming objections
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt
