What You'll Do:

As an Early Years Educator , you will:
Inspire Curiosity : Create engaging and play-based learning experiences that ignite children's curiosity and love for exploration.
Nurture Relationships : Build strong connections with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of belonging and trust.
Promote Holistic Development : Support physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development through purposeful activities and interactions.
Celebrate Milestones : Be there for those magical "firsts" - from first steps to first scribbles
Collaborate : Work closely with our team to plan and implement a rich and diverse curriculum.
Create Safe Spaces : Ensure a safe and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Qualifications:
Level 2 Early Years Educator Qualification (or equivalent)
Passion for working with young children
Excellent communication skills
Creativity and adaptability
Commitment to continuous professional development

Sancton Wood Nursery and Little Dukes are part of the Dukes Education family - a group of independent nurseries, schools and colleges located throughout Europe. We are united in our common goal to provide exceptional educational opportunities to children of all ages. Our Vision is to offer the best pedagogical approaches, such as Montessori and Forest School, but with the flexibility for our members of staff to shine, grow and develop along with the children and families they support.

Dukes Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and is subject to a successful Enhanced Disclosure, Barring Service (DBS) check and two professional references.
