One of the most respected law firms in the UK are looking for a highly capable and educated Employment Paralegal to join their London office.
The role will involve assisting Partners with large and complex employment matters, especially contentious cases, requiring a high level of client contact.
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have exemplary academics, including a bare minimum 2:1 LLB and successful completion of the LPC
- Have a strong and stable career record (bare minimum 12 months, but preferably 2 years' continuous service at a top law firm)
- Have a strong employment-based legal background, again from a top law firm(s)
- Have strong organisational and communicative skills (at all levels)
- Excellent IT skills
- A great work ethic
For the right candidate, career progression in the form of a training contract will be offered after a period of exemplary service to the firm. The SQE route may also be considered for the right candidate.
