As a Senior Test Analyst at Sword, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute test plans, identify and report defects, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, using cutting-edge technologies and tools.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Test Analyst, with a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to design and execute effective test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Understanding of the end to end Testing Lifecycle
  • Knowledge of manual and test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to identify, report, and track defects using bug tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
