Job Purpose Manage a client portfolio, monitoring all aspects of portfolio management to ensure efficient and accurate accountsSupervise junior team members, including workflow management, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunitiesWork directly with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being metDeliver excellent client service and timely advise for an expanding client portfolioSupport business development by scoping new service linesWork closely across departments to ensure clients are benefiting from an all-encompassing serviceReview processes and implement more efficient ways of service deliverySet an example as a hands-on and supportive Manager About This Firm
