The Role

Working with this Legal 500-ranked Property team, you will gain exposure to complex and intellectually challenging, large scale, projects.

This 400 strong national team boasts a number of Partners and Senior Solicitors, listed in L500 and Chambers, meaning the attract the finest standard of work. You will be given an unrivalled platform of exposure to industry leading clients, allowing you develop your own profile as well as the team's.

The work will focus on commercial, residential and mixed-use property for private and public sector clients. The values of the projects range from multi-million through multi-billion pound +.

You will work with the biggest names in property development (both nationally and internationally) as well and property investors on their asset management/ financing work.

The Candidate

You will be an ambitious individual with a minimum of 4 - 8 years PQE in Commercial / Residential / Mixed Use Development.Ability to manage complex and varied workloads efficiently to the highest standardExcellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skillsHas a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
