About the role

The role of Customer Care Representative is a great opportunity for someone that is not just looking for a job, but who wants to develop and build a career for themselves. Responsibilities include:

* Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and customer care requests

* Using the CRM to process and resolve customer cases in a timely and efficient manner

* Updating customers on order statuses and product knowledge requests

* Assisting customers with technical troubleshooting of products striving for one-call resolutions

* Processing customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures

* Performing and completing project-based duties as assigned

* Providing timely feedback to the Customer Care Manager regarding service failures or customer concerns

About the rewards

As Customer Care Representative there is a salary on offer of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About you

To be successful for the role of Customer Care Representative, you must have / be:

* Ideally 2 years customer care and/or Sales experience

* Strong communications skills, displays integrity and empathy to all customers

* Able to work well independently and as part of the team

* A creative problem solver

* Technical mindset and understanding

* Passion to learn new information and ability to grasp new concepts

* Articulate and able to convey information clearly

* The ability to manage and process multiple tasks simultaneously

* Technical Troubleshooting via phone on WhatsApp or Facetime

* Interest in health and wellness is a bonus
