The Class 2 driver drayman driver role:

The Class 2 driver drayman will be required to work Monday to Friday (weekend shifts available for those who want to work). This is a very customer facing role, good communication with be needed on a daily basis. There will be deliveries with a pump truck and tail lift on the vehicle. Please bear in the mind a lot of the deliveries will be kegs of beer so will need to be taken off by hand, this is a very heavy handball biased role. You will have a drivers mate to help on each delivery. The delivery driver is responsible for the securing of the load and your own LGV.

Working, driving hours and health and safety must be adhered to at all times. Most work is local to the NG DE area but a truck / lorry satnav will still be needed. Any local area knowledge would be an advantage to ensure safe passage for your HGV on your route.

The Class 2 driver drayman will require:

LGV 2 / Cat C entitlement on their licence
Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card
No more than 6 points on licence
Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest

Class 2 driver drayman Hours & Pay:

Start times vary depending on the run but they vary between 04:00am & 07:00am

The Class 2 driver drayman rate for this role is:

14.00+ Per Hour - Monday to Friday

Sunday and Bank holiday rate up to 28.00 per hour

Weekend work is available occasionally for those who want some extra hours.
