Working within the Demand Planning function as an Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a powerful reporting suite to drive increased decision making in real time. You will have a keen analytical mind and are used to interpreting large volumes of data.

Gathering timely insight into past, current and expected performance and trends will underpin future opportunities for growth to support the brands strategic goals

Main responsibilities

Engage and understand functionality of the BI consumer dashboard, ensuring and maintaining data integrity to drive stock optimisation. Analyse Dashboards to feedback key insights to the wider team, working with them to ensure feedback is clear, concise, and actionable. Be responsible for maintaining and updating existing BI Looker and excel based reports. Working closely with the Merchandising team on data requirements you will ensure the reports are timely and available when they will make the most impact. Support with building new reports as requested by senior management, prioritising workload to meet deadlines. Bring new product attributes to life, ensuring they are available and accurate within reports to enhance visibility and analysis. u00a0 Communicate weekly reporting with commentary by analysing the data to provide actionable insights. Ensure all data/reporting requirements following weekly trade are prioritisedu00a0 Be responsible for intake planning reports and media sample tracking to optimise ecommerce imagery to meet product launches. Support the photo studio by providing up to date product lists, identifying seasonal carryover product and investigating anomalies.u00a0u00a0u00a0 Identify opportunities to automate manual processes. Be a proactive member of the u2018Data Communityu2019 group at Superdry, working with your peers in IT, Logistics and Commercial Finance, to drive data-led continuous improvement and prevent duplication of reporting across the business. Provide training to new team members on Looker as well as supporting existing members with continued refresher training and support. Educated to degree level or equivalent Able to cope with the pressures of working in a fast paced environment Able to handle large volumes of data with high accuracy Self-motivated with a positive attitude Able to work at pace to deliver to agreed timelines Someone with strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills A strong communicator and can easily form good working relationships with other departments Able to work as part of a team to achieve business objectives Excellent numerical and analytical skills Experience with data analytics, proven track record of providing intelligence to drive decision making Experience in Looker and Power BI is desirable but not essential.
