CBW is currently recruiting an HVAC Engineer to be based in a large commercial building located near Chertsey, Surrey. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.. PackageUp to £50,000 per annumOvertime available 25 days holiday + BHCompany PensionMonday to Friday (40-hour week) 08:00am – 17:00pmKey Responsibilities:Surveying sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation, or air conditioning systemsPlanning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panelsInstalling HVAC componentsPerforming quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safelyCarrying out maintenance on HVAC systemsFinding and fixing faultsProviding technical support to engineers on siteRequirements :Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualificationsLevel 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and RefrigerationF - Gas 2079 A proven track record in commercial building maintenanceExperience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUSNot necessary but advantages would also be having experience with wet systems, radiators, boilers and pipework diagnostic and repairs.Please email your CV to Alex Denton of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on the opportunity.
