Job Description

You will be part of quality team with primary responsibility for quality functionality in business system development.  Youâll own and execute assigned actions out of project sessions to support system transition and development. Your primary responsibilities will be

  • Establish quality processes supported by the business ERP and ensure their alignment with digital MES (manufacturing execution system) system.
  • Review current quality gateway processes against the new ERP system capability and optimising them with lean mindset.
  • Participate in CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions to ensure department requirements are understood and functionality signed off as being fit for purpose.
  • Support the implementation of designing, building and delivering future state processes.
  • Writing up quality procedures to comply with Standard/Regulatory requirements aligned with ERP functionality.
  • Learn and become a superuser of quality modules and pass the training to the users.
  • Act as a change prompter - ensure sustainment of new system processes by active communication to stake holders, generation and deliver training material to support seamless deployment.
  • Responsible for continual quality systems development and functionality for on-going enhancements.

Required knowledge and Skills

  • Demonstrable experience in change management of business processes.
  • Quality all-rounder and with knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001 standard requirements.
  • Good understanding of quality gated processes and their control points.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Part21G and Part145.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes in an engineering business.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with stake holders at all levels of the business.
