This Chambers-ranked firm is looking for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer with 5+ years PQE to join its well-established and growing department in Bromley. The firm offers hybrid work-from-home options, career progression opportunities, and above-market remuneration.

The Role:

Your role as the Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor / Legal Executive will be to specialise in Leasehold Enfranchisement matters based out of the firms Bromley office. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional with excellent communication and client care skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to grow and develop a small team.

Responsibilities:

Provide accurate, up-to-date legal advice on leasehold enfranchisement, including collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, tenant's right of first refusal, and tribunal or court applications as needed.Manage and supervise paralegals assisting with lease extensions.Take responsibility, with Partner support, for the business development, marketing, and growth of the team.Participate in marketing and networking activities.

Requirements:

Qualified Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor in England or Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQEPost-qualification experience in leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions.Expert, up-to-date knowledge of all types of leasehold enfranchisement work.Demonstrated excellent customer care in a legal environment.Aptitude for business development.Small team management and leadership experience or a willingness to develop these skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to build and grow a team and develop excellent client relationships.
